I served in the worlds greatest Navy as a correctional specialist in Norfolk, VA. I trained over 2500 personnel from all branches of military into physically fit and confident human beings. And now, the Lord has blessed me to carry my talents out into the real world were I train male and female civilians. I take pride into helping people live longer and healthier lives.
